1. MANAGER / ASS. MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven work experience in the same position
- Degree / Diploma in Hotel & Hospitality Management is added Advantage
- Excellent Customer Service Skills and Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to think creatively and produce innovative solutions
- Fluency in Sinhala, English
- Computer literacy knowledge
- Flexibility to work in holidays and weekends
- Retired forces also preferred
DESCRIPTIONS
- Oversee the entire development process of our two hotels daily and enhance Sales and reputation.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for all hotel staffs.
- Create & Executive marketing and promotional strategies to drive the hotel revenue.
2. FRONT OFFICER
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven work experience in the same position
- Diploma / Certificate in courses in Hotel & Hospitality Management is added advantage
- Excellent Customer Service Skills & Communication skills.
- Fluency in Sinhala, English and other languages also added advantage
- Computer literacy knowledge
- Flexibility to work in holidays and weekends
- Retired forces also preferred
DESCRIPTIONS
- Managing online, phone, and in-person room bookings, optimizing occupancy, and accommodating special requests.
- Providing information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns.
- Creating a positive first impression by maintaining a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
- Oversees the front desk operations, manages staff, handles guest complaints, and ensures smooth hotel operations.
3. CHEF DE PARTIE / DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE / 1ST COMMIS
An attractive salary (Based on the qualification & Experience) plus service charge, accommodation and meals will be provided.
