Agriculture Officer
Location: Kuliyapitiya
Responsibilities
- Manage Organic and Fairtrade certification documentation and compliance.
- Maintain certification records, farmer databases, and audit documentation.
- Coordinate with certification bodies and support Internal Control System (ICS) activities.
- Manage Transaction Certificates (TCs), traceability records and CSR documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, Plant Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience will be an added advantage.
- Male candidates below 40 years of age.
- Willingness to travel within the Kurunegala, Puttalam and Gampaha districts.
- Good communication skills, computer literacy (MS Office) and a valid motorcycle riding licence.
Agriculture Officer – Plant Nursery
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the plant nursery.
- Prepare nursery production plans and maintain healthy seedlings.
- Monitor plant health, irrigation and nursery hygiene.
- Supervise nursery staff and maintain nursery records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, Plant Science or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in nursery management or horticulture.
- Male candidates below 40 years of age.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
