We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to support our performance management and human resource functions and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Performance & Human Resources Executive
Salary
Rs. 50,000+ + Over Time
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and evaluate employee performance and productivity.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and systems.
- Coordinate training programs for employees.
- Ensure employee attendance, leave and workforce records.
- Prepare performance reports and provide information for management.
- Ensure employee compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Coordinate with management and staff for healthy working environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/Diploma in HRM, Business Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR and performance management (2+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
