Assistant – Quality Assurance (Male)

Location
- Location: Kandangedara, Pannala, North Western Province.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience (Freshers also welcome)
- Industry: Coconut related products manufacturing
- Job type: Full – Time (12 hour shift based)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitoring production and doing periodic Quality Control checks.
- Implementing improvements to production processes that lead to overall increases in product quality.
- Prepare and overlook the quality report preparation for deliveries.
- Monitor the samples development process and release the samples.
- Satisfying customer expectations about the product's quality.
- Ability to make strategic decisions and prioritize the workload.
- Scheduling project plans along with the project team to fit project deadlines.
Qualifications / Required Skills
- Fresher candidates can be applied.
- Should have GCE Advanced Level in Science stream or Bio Tech/ Diploma or Degree in Food technology, Agriculture or equivalent qualified.
- Having a thorough understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and HACCP Quality systems will be an added advantage.
- Eye for detail when analyzing documented and procedural information.
- Ability to work independently and also should be a good team player.
- Must be computer literate and excellent communication skills in English.
