Job Description
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and monitor Ring Robot production to achieve daily and weekly production targets.
- Coordinate machine allocation and production resources based on operational requirements.
- Monitor hourly production performance and take corrective actions to ensure target achievement.
- Coordinate with Cutting, stores, QA, pleating, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow and material availability.
- Maintain accurate production records and monitor waistband preparation, feeding, and handover processes to support uninterrupted production.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree or Diploma in Textile, Apparel, or Garment Technology.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Ring Robot operations, apparel manufacturing, production planning, or a similar operational role.
- Hands-on experience in waistband making, cutting operations, pleating, and garment production activities.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both Sinhala and Tamil will be an added advantage.
