PROJECT MANAGER (HOTEL PROJECT – MANNAR)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage total project execution from inception to successful completion.
- Coordinate civil construction, MEP installations, and interior fit-outs.
- Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Liaise with Architects consultants, subcontractors, and local regulatory authorities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or Equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualifying experience in building construction.
- Specialization: Proven track record in handling luxury hotel or resort projects.
- Technical Skills: Strong working exposure to both Civil and MEP engineering works.
- Competencies: Excellent leadership, contract administration, and communication skills.

CIVIL ENGINEER (HOTEL PROJECT – MANNAR)
A leading company invites applications from dynamic, result-oriented individuals for a prestigious hotel development project in the Mannar district.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site construction activities to ensure adherence to architectural drawings.
- Monitor progress against project schedules and maintain strict quality control standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and verify subcontractor measurement sheets.
- Coordinate effectively with the Project Manager, MEP teams, and consultants.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, NDT, HND, NDES, or equivalent technical qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of site experience in multi-story building projects.
- Asset: Previous experience working on hotel, resort, or commercial developments.
- Skills: Proficient in structural execution, site supervision, and quantity surveying.
- Local Knowledge: Ability to work in Mannar; Tamil language skills are a distinct advantage.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR (HOTEL PROJECT – MANNAR)

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare material take-offs, bill of quantities (BOQ), and cost estimations.
- Formulate interim payment applications and certify subcontractor monthly claims.
- Manage variation orders, price escalations, and final account settlements.
- Conduct material reconciliations and monitor project budgets against actual expenses.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying, NDT, HNDE, IQSSL membership, or equivalent technical qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of post-qualifying experience in building construction.
- Asset: Direct experience in luxury hotel, resort, or large-scale commercial projects.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in pre-contract and post-contract QS commercial operations.
- Competencies: Excellent negotiation skills, command of MS Excel, and analytical accuracy.
