Job Summary
KEY ACCOUNT OFFICER
The Key Account Officer will be responsible for managing major client accounts, maintaining long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned key accounts
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience in key account management or sales
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
