MAINTANANCE OFFICER

Requirements:

• A completed BSc in Facilities Management, B.Eng. Tech. in Building Services Technology, or an equivalent qualification.
• Preferably 1 year of relevant experience; trainees and fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Basic knowledge or academic understanding of housekeeping, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance will be an advantage.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Willingness to learn and develop practical knowledge in facilities management.
• Committed, responsible, and hardworking, with the ability to work effectively with minimum supervision.
