RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle general handyman tasks and minor building repairs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns.

- Report major repairs or issues that require specialist attention.
REQUIREMENTS
- Hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance work.
- Good knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing systems.
- Ability to use common maintenance tools and equipment safely.
- Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
- Reliable, responsible, and attentive to detail.
