GENERAL MANAGER – MEP (HIGH-RISE CONSTRUCTION)

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in MEP project management within the construction industry
- Demonstrable and extensive experience managing MEP operations specifically for high-rise building projects (Mandatory)
- Deep technical acumen in HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, and plumbing systems
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead large, diverse teams
- MBA is highly desirable and considered a strong advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Direct and oversee all MEP activities across multiple concurrent high-rise construction sites
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team of MEP engineers, site supervisors, and technical staff
- Act as the primary technical liaison between architects, structural engineers, project managers, and contractors
- Ensure all MEP installations strictly adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Oversee MEP budgets, procurements, and vendor negotiations. Monitor cost-tracking and implement value engineering
- Manage the final testing, commissioning, and seamless handover of all MEP systems
