RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor the premises and help maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Manage and monitor access to the premises, including visitors and deliveries.
• Ensure doors, gates, and designated areas are properly secured.
• Identify and promptly report security, safety, or maintenance concerns.
• Assist with general caretaking and upkeep of the premises.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and unusual situations.
• Support opening and closing procedures when required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in security, caretaking, or a similar position preferred.
• Trustworthy, responsible, alert, and disciplined.
• Good observation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle routine issues independently.
• Willingness to perform general caretaking duties.
• Ability to follow safety and security procedures.
