Seeking an experienced Tea Maker / Tea Factory Officer to manage the upper western Orthodox tea factory located in Punduloya.
Looking for honest, efficient person who can independently manage the Orthodox tea factory from receiving the green leaf to manufacturing and supplying the black tea to the Auction on time. The factory officer should implement best tea production practices to make the best quality tea possible and achieve prices above the national average at the tea auction. All records including the tea book should be accurate and up-to-date and liaison with tea commissioner etc.
