MIXOLOGIST / TEA SOMMELLIER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and serve a wide range of tea-based beverages, signature cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks.
- Create innovative tea-infused beverage recipes that showcase premium Ceylon tea.
- Deliver engaging tea appreciation and beverage experiences for guests.
- Maintain the highest standards of beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Ensure the bar and beverage preparation area remain clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control and ordering.
- Keep up to date with beverage trends, mixology techniques, and tea innovations.
- Support promotional events, seasonal beverage launches, and tasting sessions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, Barista, Tea Sommelier, or in a similar hospitality role.
- Passion for tea, mixology, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative beverage concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A qualification or certification in Mixology, Bartending, Hospitality, or Tea is an added advantage.
