Role summary

We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive – Finance to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Manager – Finance and play a key role in supporting the Finance function while contributing to the achievement of the company's overall objectives.

The candidate should be

• A Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance from a reputed university or/and full part professional qualification in CIMA, ACCA, ICASL, or CMA.
• A minimum of two years experience in a similar capacity in a reputed organization.
• Sound knowledge of Sri Lanka Accounting Standards (SLFRS/LKAS) and their practical application.
• Exceptional reporting and communication skills.

What we expect

• Provide accurate and timely financial information to management for decision-making purposes.
• Estimate and manage the company's cash flow to ensure financial stability and support operational needs.
• Liaise with internal auditors, ensuring effective internal controls are in place.
• Monitor day-to-day operational expenses, ensuring they align with budgetary constraints.
• Evaluate and analyze company costs, recommending and implementing strategies for cost optimization.
