Junior Executive / Executive – Dealer Coordination
We are seeking a Junior Executive / Executive – Dealer Coordination to support and coordinate daily activities with our dealer network, ensuring efficient order handling, timely communication, and smooth operational support across internal departments and dealers.
Job Role
- Coordinate with island-wide dealers regarding orders, deliveries, payments, and other operational matters.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers and provide timely support to ensure smooth business operations.
- Follow up on dealer inquiries, complaints, and service requests and coordinate with relevant internal departments.
- Prepare and maintain dealer-related reports, sales coordination records, and documentation.
- Assist in monitoring dealer performance, stock movements, and order fulfillment activities.
Ideal Profile
- G.C.E. A/L qualification; a Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, dealer coordination, customer service, or a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Sinhala.
- Ability to work with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in SAP or any ERP system will be a definite advantage.
