SENIOR EXECUTIVE – LEAN PROJECTS
Lead impactful Lean projects and drive operational excellence for our clients across diverse industries.
What you’ll do
- Drive execution and implementation of Lean methodologies under the guidance of CLE.
- Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancement, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring project alignment and effective communication.
- Conduct Lean training and provide coaching to teams for successful implementation.
- Address challenges using Lean problem-solving techniques and analyze KPIs for data-driven insights.
- Maintain accurate Lean process documentation and prepare reports on project progress.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Statistics, Operations Management, Physical Sciences, or a related field.
- Lean Blue Belt and above certification is a must.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Lean/Manufacturing Excellence role.
- MBA is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to manage inquiries and support professionally.
- Willingness to work and visit client’s locations.
