We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to oversee and drive a portfolio of Infrastructure Development Projects and IT Projects across the organization. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects while ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely completion.
Key Duties & Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage end-to-end Infrastructure Development & IT projects, ensuring delivery within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop project plans, budgets, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies while monitoring overall project performance.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor & coordinate procurement, contract administration, and compliance with relevant safety, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
- Prepare project progress reports and provide recommendations to management to support informed decision-making and successful project outcomes.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
- A recognized professional qualification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant overall experience, including at least three (3) years in a managerial capacity or one (1) year in a senior managerial capacity in a reputed organization.
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects involving multiple departments, teams, or disciplines will be an added advantage.
