Stores Manager – Coating Solutions Plant
The Role
Lead and oversee the end-to-end stores and inventory management function, ensuring the timely availability of materials while maintaining the highest standards of inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, safety, and compliance.
What you will lead:
- Manage all stores, inventory and warehouse operations efficiently.
- Ensure accurate receiving, storage, issuing and recording of raw materials, packaging materials and finished products.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels and minimize wastage, losses and stock discrepancies.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Production, Procurement, Quality Assurance and Logistics teams.
- Conduct regular stock counts, reconciliations and inventory audits.
- Drive continuous improvement and introduce systems to enhance stores efficiency.
What you will bring:
- Degree in logistics/supply chain from a recognized University.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in stores, warehouse and inventory management in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse systems and material handling.
- Experience with ERP/inventory management systems.
- Candidates residing in Southern province are strongly encouraged to apply.
