Description
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled RPA Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain automation solutions that drive efficiency and improve business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions to automate business processes.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify suitable automation opportunities.
- Familiarity with UiPath and UiPath Orchestrator
- Integrate RPA solutions with applications, databases, APIs, and other systems.
- Prepare technical documentation, process documentation, and automation specifications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in automation workflows.
- Collaborate with business users, process owners, and IT teams to understand requirements.
- Follow software development, security, and quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in RPA development or software development is preferred.
- Knowledge of UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar RPA tools.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as VB.NET, Python, or Java.
- Understanding of databases and SQL.
- Knowledge of APIs, web services, and system integration is an added advantage.
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in RPA development or a related software development role is preferred.
- Basic understanding of automation development and support.
