HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER (HRM)
Travel Ready Tours (Pvt) Ltd is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resource functions and support our growing team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process
- Handle employee relations and ensure a positive work environment
- Oversee performance management and appraisal systems
- Manage training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Handle HR documentation, records, and reporting
- Support payroll and administrative functions
- Promote company culture and employee engagement
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field (Full/Part qualification in HRM)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in travel, tourism, transport or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
