Assistant Manager - Human Resource - The Eden Beruwala
- Degree in Human Resource Management from a reputed university, or preferably a professional qualification in HRM from CIPM
- Minimum 03 years of experience in the capacity of Senior Executive, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, industrial relations, performance management, and overall HR operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments.
- Good administrative and analytical skills, including HR reporting, documentation, and policy compliance within shared services operations.
