The Job...
n
n- Forecast and plan large-scale manpower requirements to ensure seamless 24/7 operations across the 50-floor office tower and 5-story mall.
n- Manage relationships with external Soft Service providers and vendors, ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
n- Direct the comprehensive management of all wet and dry garbage collection, segregation, and recycling programs for the entire 800,000 sqft premises.
n- Analyze operational data—such as footfall trends, consumable usage, customer feedback, and performance metrics—to identify trends and optimize cleaning frequencies.
n- Oversee the strategic allocation and rostering of a large janitorial workforce via facility supervisors, ensuring optimal coverage during peak mall hours and after-hours corporate cleaning.

The Person...
n
n- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
n- 8-10 years of progressive experience in Soft Services, Housekeeping, or Facilities Management.
n- Minimum of 4 years in a managerial capacity overseeing a large workforce (100+ staff/vendors).
n- Extensive experience drafting, negotiating, and enforcing SLAs and KPIs for outsourced janitorial, waste management, and pest control contracts.
n- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to negotiate with external vendors, present reports to senior management, and enforce compliance with premium corporate tenants.
n- Strong ability to motivate, train, and manage a diverse, blue-collar workforce across multiple shifts.
