Uga Ghiri – Ella is seeking a Housekeeping Associate to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards across guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests while supporting the daily housekeeping operations and delivering exceptional service.
By maintaining the exceptional guest experiences, as a Housekeeping Assistant, you will support the smooth functioning of our daily operations by ensuring highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and orderliness across guest rooms and public areas. We are looking for a dedicated professional who understands that behind every memorable stay lies orderliness, operational excellence, and a commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality.

- A Proven Track Record: Minimum 1-2 years of prior experience in housekeeping operations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Operational Knowledge: Basic knowledge of room cleaning standards, linen management, and the use of housekeeping equipment and chemicals.
- Collaboration and Accountability: A dependable team player who works collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to maintain high standards of cleanliness, ensure guest rooms and public areas are well-presented, and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Organizational Skills: A structured and proactive professional who effectively prioritizes housekeeping tasks, maintains quality standards, and supports seamless guest service delivery.
- Professional Qualifications: A Diploma or Professional Qualification in Hotel Management or a related field.
