- Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Business Management, or a related field; Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
- 3–5 years of Core HR experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Hands-on experience in Benefits & Compensation Management and organizational development.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
