WE'RE LOOKING FOR AN
Maintenance Technician (Mechanical / Electrical)
Javana Graphics Pvt. Ltd., is a company manufacturing educational Toys and stationery items under ‘Panther’ Brand. Our company is situated in Ratmalana Industrial Estate.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment and machinery.
- Inspect equipment for wear, damage, and potential failures.
- Lubricate, clean, adjust, and replace components according to maintenance schedules.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults and equipment breakdowns.
- Repair or replace defective mechanical parts and assemblies.
- Install new mechanical equipment and machinery.
- Assist with equipment testing, commissioning, and startup.
- Analyze mechanical failures using systematic troubleshooting methods.
- Identify root causes of recurring equipment issues.
The Ideal candidate Should Process
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing, industrial, or processing environment.
- Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices.
- Experience maintaining mechanical equipment such as pumps, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors, motors, bearings, valves, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to diagnose mechanical faults and perform effective troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, technical manuals, and equipment specifications.
- Age below 45 yrs.
