Quantity Surveyor

ELIGIBLE CRITERIA

• Degree or Professional qualification (NCT or equivalent qualification) in Quantity Surveying from a recognized institution
• Minimum of 3 years working experience for the position of Quantity Surveyor
• Minimum of 1 year working experience for the position of Assistant Quantity Surveyor
• Good Communication Skills
• Strong Personality

THE JOB ROLE

• Preparation of costing and estimates for the housing units
• Preparation of BOM
• Preparation of Boqs and suppliers/contractors’ interim bills & final bills
• Negotiation with contractors and suppliers
• Managing and Monitoring the sub contracts
• Site visits for joint measurements to check the WIP
