Immediate Vacancy - Area Sales Managers

WE ARE MANUFACTURING PAINTS AND PAINT RELATED PRODUCTS, WIDE RANGE OF DETERGENTS PRODUCTS AND DAG TIRES. WE SEEK TALENTED AND EXPERIENCED SALES AND MARKETING LEADERS TO OUR GROUP SALES FORCE.

Western Province/ Southern Province/ Central Province

WESTERN PROVINCE/ SOUTHERN PROVINCE/ CENTRAL PROVINCE

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
• Manage and expand the existing dealer and distribute or network.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish strong customer relationships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team within the assigned region.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in sales management.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Possession of a valid Sri Lankan driving licence.
