Assistant Manager/ Marketing (SLIIT International)

We are looking for a dynamic and committed individual to join our team as Assistant Manager/ Marketing attached to SLIIT International in Malabe Campus.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
- Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis.
- Managing social media accounts and creating engaging content to increase brand visibility and monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Supporting the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- Assisting in organizing and promoting events, webinars, school reach and exhibitions.
Minimum Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a recognized university/institution.
- Minimum of four (04) years of work experience after obtaining the educational qualification or six (06) years of overall work experience in the relevant discipline.
- Experience in the education sector will be considered as an added advantage.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical & creative thinking skills.
