ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Marketing Manager - Products, you will lead go-to-market strategy across the OREL IT product portfolio, defining how you reach people for, why it wins, and how it reaches the right buyers. You will run launches end to end, arm the sales team with the narratives and collateral they need, and use market and competitor insight to turn product capability into pipeline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and execute product marketing initiatives that support product adoption, market awareness, lead generation, positioning, and business growth.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market plans, campaign briefs, product launch materials, and messaging for new products, enhancements, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Create differentiated product positioning, messaging, value propositions, customer-centric messaging, and product narratives tailored to target markets.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality product collateral, including solution briefs, product sheets, sales presentations, pitch decks, case studies, FAQs, and customer-facing content.
  • Support demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), digital campaigns, partner marketing, and event marketing through compelling product content and campaign assets.
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, webinars, analyst engagement, partner co-marketing activities, awards submissions, and external product storytelling.
  • Ensure all product marketing materials comply with brand, messaging, and intellectual property governance standards while maintaining consistency and alignment with overall marketing and collateral performance.
  • Manage day-to-day product marketing deliverables, coordinate cross-functional teams, and guide junior team members where required.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Technology Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A Master's degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or Product Management will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in Product Marketing, B2B Marketing, Technology Marketing, Product Communications, or Sales Enablement.
  • Experience within ICT, Telecommunications, SaaS, Enterprise Software, Digital Platforms, or Technology Services is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in developing product messaging, go-to-market strategies, marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and campaign content.
  • Experience collaborating with Product Management, Sales, Digital Marketing, Creative, and Corporate Communications teams.
  • Exposure to lead generation campaigns, ABM, partner marketing, industry events, analyst engagement, or thought leadership initiatives is an advantage.
  • Previous experience leading team members or managing cross-functional projects is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of product marketing, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Knowledge of B2B technology marketing, customer journeys, and sales enablement.
  • Experience with developing product collateral and marketing content.
  • Familiarity with lead generation, ABM, partner marketing, digital marketing, and event marketing.
  • Understanding of market research, competitive analysis, customer insights, and industry trends.
  • Knowledge of thought leadership, analyst engagement, brand governance, and marketing performance measurement.

  • Excellent product storytelling, content writing, and communication skills.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-focused marketing messages.
  • Good analytical and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency with marketing, CRM, analytics, and collaboration tools.
