- Age: 40–65 years
- Proven experience in administration and basic accounting
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Excellent command of both Sinhala and English languages
- Ability to interact professionally, courteously, and respectfully with individuals from diverse social backgrounds.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain cordial and professional relationships with house owners, residents and service providers.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing within close proximity to Moratuwa.
