Junior Executive / Executive - Gold Loan
n
Location: Negombo
n
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
n
n- Achieve monthly targets by actively growing the Gold Loan and pawning business at the branch
n- Evaluate and appraise Gold articles while negotiating advances with customers following established guidelines and standardized procedure
n- Plan and implement efficient operations for the pawning / Gold Loan business, alongside promotional activities to boost growth
n- Maintain gold quality as per standards and ensure zero level of overrated, dud and fraudulent articles
n- Oversee the operational integrity of the pawning / Gold Loan process and maintain necessary records
n- Resolve customer complaints, compliance, and regulatory mandates
n- Handle all loan recoveries and auction processes efficiently and on time

n
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
n
n- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Gold Loan / Pawning within the banking or Finance industry
n- Full / Part qualification in Banking or completion of a recognized professional qualification
n- Should have sound knowledge of gold loan operations and procedures and ability to accurately assess jewellery
n- Proven track record of performance and achievement will be added advantage
n- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills
n- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
n- Age below 30 years
