Sales Executives – Student Recruitment
TIMES Campus is a leading higher education institution offering recognised academic and professional qualifications from Certificate to Postgraduate level. We are expanding our student recruitment team and invite dynamic, results-oriented individuals to join us.
This is an exciting opportunity for energetic professionals who enjoy interacting with people, achieving targets, and helping students choose the right pathway to higher education.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up enquiries generated through social media and other marketing campaigns.
- Contact prospective students and parents via telephone, email, and other communication channels.
- Counsel prospective students on programmes, entry requirements, fees, and career opportunities.
- Convert enquiries into student enrolments and achieve monthly recruitment targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate organisations, schools, and other institutions to promote TIMES Campus programmes.
- Participate in education exhibitions, career guidance programmes, seminars, and promotional events.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries and follow-up activities using the student management system.
- Work closely with the marketing team to maximise student enrolments.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in any related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, student recruitment, telemarketing, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
