RECRUITMENT EXECUTIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for local and overseas requirements
- Identify and attract suitable candidates through various channels
- Screen, evaluate and shortlist candidate profiles based on client requirements
- Coordinate interviews, assessments and follow up with candidates
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Liaise with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide suitable candidates
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in the recruitment system
REQUIREMENTS
- 3–4 years of experience in Recruitment, HR, or a related role
- Experience handling bulk recruitment drives
- Ability to screen, evaluate and shortlist candidate profiles
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills
- IT-savvy with good knowledge of digital platforms and recruitment systems
- Minimum Diploma qualification
- Good spoken and written English
- Ability to communicate effectively in Sinhala and Tamil
