COUNTER SALES OFFICER
Responsibilities
- Identify and recommend the correct parts based on customer requirements, machine specifications, or part numbers, prepare and issue accurate quotations and invoices.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge across the range of machinery and industrial equipment parts.
- Report discrepancies, slow-moving stock, and urgent stock requirements to the Parts Manager/ Inventory controller.
- Maintain proper documentation for all transactions, maintain internal documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in parts sales, preferably in industrial machinery, heavy equipment, or a related sector.
- A Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Business, or a related field is an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
