Process Associate - Finance & Accounting

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately within ERP systems.
• Gain exposure to Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Assets (FA) modules.
• Assist in periodic financial activities, including month-end and year-end closing tasks.
• Ensure compliance with policies and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve queries and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of Accounts Payable or Finance-related roles.
• Following or completed a relevant degree program or professional qualification in CIMA / ACCA / AAT / CA / CPA.
• Proficiency in MS Excel is Mandatory.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP / Microsoft Dynamics) preferred.
• Proficiency in Sinhala & English, Tamil proficiency will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
