Process Associate : Quality Assurance (Financial Services)

Responsibilities
- Perform regular quality checks on processed transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
- Select appropriate samples of transactions for auditing based on defined sampling techniques
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports and dashboards
- Conduct regular audits to identify errors, process deviations, and compliance issues
- Work closely with operation teams to ensure quality objectives are met and resolve issues alongside the team members
- Conduct time and motion studies to evaluate process efficiency
- Work closely with operations teams and client representatives to identify and resolve quality-related issues
- Conduct periodic quality audits with a focus on compliance and performance
- Prepare/maintain dashboards through Power BI
- Bring out ideas and improve processes through automation using the available automation tools
Qualifications
- 6+ months of relevant experience in Auditing Division / Quality Assurance Division in BPO Sector with prior experience in preparing Audit reports, MIS reports, Dashboards, etc
- Basic understanding of analytical tools/automation tools such as Power BI/Power Query Workplaces
- Following or completed a relevant degree program or professional qualification
- Good knowledge and experience in MS Excel (Knowledge in Macro would be advantageous)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
- Willingness to work on shifts based on requirement and travel when required to Infomate Work Locations
- Exposure to ERP systems and different analytical tools such as Power BI
- Continuous Training in accounting, soft skills, best practices
- Fulfill training requirements of ACCA, CIMA, CMA and CA Sri Lanka
