We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a proven track record in Stores, Inventory Management/ Materials Management to join our team with immediate effect.

MANAGER/ EXECUTIVE-STORE MANAGEMENT & INVENTORY CONTROL

Person specifications:

  • Diploma and/or Degree in Material Management, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Control, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in stores, inventory, materials management, or a similar role within a reputable corporate or manufacturing environment.
  • Sound knowledge of inventory control, material handling, warehouse operations, stock reconciliation, and documentation procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and work ethic.

Key Responsibilities & Expected Competencies:

  • Manage day-to-day stores and inventory control activities, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, issuance, and movement of materials.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of GRNs, GTNs, material issue notes, stock transfer documents, and other inventory-related documentation. Conduct and coordinate periodic physical stock counts and reconciliations, investigating and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Enforce strict compliance with quality, food safety, GMP, hygiene, and occupational health & safety requirements applicable to stores and inventory operations.
  • Ensure that all records, registers, and supporting documentation are properly maintained and readily available for internal, customer, certification, and regulatory audits.
  • Handle inventory-related issues and complaints promptly and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
