VACANCY: SENIOR MICROSOFT SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

One of our key Clients in Australia is looking for a Senior Microsoft System Administrator with 07+ years' experience in Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace, Endpoint Management, and Cloud Security. Experience in MSP/ Customer-facing Environments, Technical Project Delivery, Implementation, Troubleshooting, and Security-Focused Solutions will be highly advantageous.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Essentials: Technical:

  • Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Modern Workplace Solutions, including Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Viva, Windows 365, and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Security solutions, including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management, and Microsoft Purview.
  • Experience assisting with Microsoft 365 migrations, including migrations from Google Workspace, on-premises environments, and cross-tenant Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Strong understanding of endpoint management and security across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices, including MDM, MAM, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployment.
  • Experience supporting Exchange Online and Hybrid Exchange environments, including mailbox migrations, mail flow, client access, and basic hybrid configuration.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online configuration, migration, permissions, and governance activities.
  • Ability to use PowerShell for administration, reporting, troubleshooting, and basic automation across Microsoft 365 services.
  • Practical understanding of security controls and best-practice frameworks, such as Essential 8, CIS Benchmarks, and Zero Trust principles.
  • Ability to troubleshoot Microsoft 365, endpoint, identity, and cloud-related issues, with a working knowledge of Windows Server environments.

Qualifications & Certifications required:

  • MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals.
  • MS-700: Microsoft Teams Administrator.
  • MD-102: Endpoint Administrator.
  • AZ-104: Azure Administrator.
  • SC-900: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
  • SC-300: Identity and Access Administrator.
