EXECUTIVE – AIRLINE TICKETING & RESERVATIONS

Job Responsibilities

• Manage customer and travel agent inquiries, providing accurate information on fares, reservations, ticketing, baggage allowances, and special travel services.
• Process ticket issuance, reissuance, reservation changes, waitlist requests, and other ticketing-related transactions in accordance with airline procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and corporate clients, promoting airline products and services to support sales growth.
• Support revenue maximization by optimizing seat sales, promoting premium products, and contributing to the achievement of commercial targets.
• Ensure compliance with financial, health & safety, and company policies while continuously enhancing professional knowledge and skills.

Candidate Profile

• GCE A/L or equivalent educational qualifications
• Minimum two-year’s experience in air ticketing and reservations
• A certificate level qualification in basic fares and ticketing/reservations from a reputed airline/institution would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Should possess a pleasant personality, be self-motivated, and be willing to undertake responsibilities
