Reservations Manager
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in reservations within the DMC, inbound tourism, or travel industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of hotel contracting, tour packages, and supplier coordination.
- Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Reservations Executive
- 1-3 years of experience in the travel or hospitality industry (preferred).
- Good knowledge of hotel reservations and tour operations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation systems.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English.
Reservations Trainee
- Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- Passion for the travel and tourism industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
