Human Resources Specialist

Location: Colombo

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition, including sourcing, advertising, screening, interviews and selection
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation, including documentation and joining formalities.
  • Maintain and update employee personal files and HR documentation accurately and confidentially.
  • Ensure new recruits are oriented to the organization by exposing them to the Company and thereby enlightening employees about the Group and its activities.
  • Ensure necessary training for staff are provided by identifying the required training need along with department heads, organizing relevant training programmes in coordination with Group HR.
  • Perform other HR Operational and administrative duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 Passes in GCE Advanced Level
  • Minimum one-year experience in related field
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources approved by UGC or Equivalent professional qualification.
  • Well conversant with MS Office Packages.
  • Energetic and outgoing personality with good communication skills (written and verbal).
