Assistant Manager – Learning & Development

• Drive technical, behavioral, and leadership development initiatives
• Conduct training needs analysis and support talent development programs
• Utilize LMS, digital learning platforms, and analytics to enhance learning effectiveness
• Manage training compliance, records, and external training partnerships
• Degree in HRM, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field
• 4-6 years' experience in Learning & Development, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, proficiency in digital learning platforms and technology-enabled learning solutions
