Position:

Assistant Production Engineer (DSI BIKE / Rathupaswala)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and implement manufacturing strategies to meet production goals.
• Review production schedules and optimize resource use.
• Minimize manufacturing costs through efficient use of available resources.
• Ensure compliance with quality certification programs and customer expectations.
• Supervise and organize manufacturing and maintenance operations for optimal productivity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Diploma in NDT/NDES/HNDE.
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Age below 30 years.
