ABOUT THE ROLE

The Customer Success Executive will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and successful delivery of information to our users and to our sales team. This role requires a proactive individual who excels in research, creating content, understands customer needs, and delivers exceptional support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping our commercial achieve their goals.

This role involves goals linked to sales and upsell activities so is perfect for outgoing ambitious executives.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong written and spoken English
• Experience in content creation, digital marketing, customer success or lead generation
• Experience using Canva and video-editing tools
• Strong research and communication skills
• Organised, proactive and comfortable working independently
• Comfortable using AI as a supporting tool
• Experience in fashion, textiles, apparel or B2B SaaS is preferred but not essential.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Create clear customer-facing release notes for new platform updates
• Write scripts, record screen demonstrations and edit tutorial videos with captions
• Create and design LinkedIn content using Canva
• Understand new features and communicate their customer benefits clearly
• Research and identify qualified leads within the fashion and textile industry
• Support customer training sessions
• Manage priorities independently and complete work on time
