Customer Success Executive
We’re looking for enthusiastic, organised and self-motivated individuals to join our growing team. If you enjoy working with people, solving problems and learning new things, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and support a portfolio of client accounts
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent support
- Monitor and respond to online reviews to maintain a positive brand image
- Plan and assist with promotional campaigns and special offers
- Track account performance and analyse sales trends
- Oversee social media accounts and email marketing activities
- Work closely with the team to deliver the best customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (essential)
- Some experience or knowledge in customer service, account management or digital marketing (internship, work or projects)
- Good understanding of social media, email marketing and basic campaign work
- Basic knowledge of Canva and Excel / Google Sheets (or similar tools)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proactive, reliable and a quick learner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
