Intern - Global Shared Services

Location: HQ - Colombo, Sri Lanka

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with shipment tracking, documentation, and data management
• Support freight forwarding processes, including carrier coordination and customs documentation
• Assist with reconciling invoices and financial records
• Receive training on customer portals to support order tracking and client assistance
• Assist with accurate data entry for shipments, invoices, and customer records
• Support real-time projects and apply learned skills to practical business activities

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Logistics, Finance, or a related field
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
