REQUIREMENTS

• NVQ Level 5
n
• Minimum 2 years experience in high-rise buildings and BMS systems
n

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall monitoring of BMS, CCTV, PA systems, and server room operations.
n
• Implementing energy-saving plans based on load patterns.
n
• Generating Operational and performance reports.
n
