JUNIOR EXECUTIVE NETWORK PLANNING

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Executive – Network Planning to support our supply chain and production planning processes. This role involves developing project timelines for innovations, renovations, gross profit (GP) improvements, and machine purchases while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. You will also track project progress, identify potential obstacles early, and drive solutions to keep initiatives on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project timelines for new initiatives, process improvements, and equipment acquisitions.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges, and implement solutions to maintain efficiency.
About You
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in supply chain operations, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with various teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision in planning and execution.
- Proficiency in production planning tools and advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and address planning challenges effectively.
