A leading FMCG company, with a strong distribution network and extensive retail presence, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join its overseas operations in Africa.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Below 30 years of age.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in FMCG Sales & Marketing.
- Proven experience in leading and motivating sales team.
- Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour & competition.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, coach and develop field sales teams to achieve targets.
- Develop regional business plans, sales strategies and quotas.
- Identify new growth opportunities through market and competitor analysis.
- Build strong relationships with key clients, distributors and business partners.
- Monitor sales performance and present regional results to senior management.
