Position 01 – Quantity Surveyor – Executive
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience.
- Experience in Aluminium, Curtain Wall, Facade, or Glazing is required.
- Good knowledge of estimating, BOQs, project costing, variations, and contract administration.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project related software.
- Good analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare estimates, BOQs, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Monitor project costs, variations, interim payments, and final accounts.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations.
- Coordinate with, procurement, project managers, and site teams.
- Support project cost control and profitability.
Position 02 – Quantity Surveyor – Manager
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience, preferably in a senior/managerial position.
- Proven experience in Aluminium, Curtain Wall, Façade, or Glazing projects will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of estimating, contract administration, project costing, and commercial management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and Project-related software.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Quantity Surveying Department.
- Oversee estimating, tender submissions, project costing, variations, payments, and final accounts.
- Monitor project profitability and implement cost-control measures using MS Projects Software.
- Manage commercial and contractual matters.
- Future can to be Lead, develop, and mentor the QS team.
- Coordinate with consultants, procurement, project managers, and site teams.
